Villa Sol is a luxurious and spacious villa located between Ibiza Town and the village of San Jose (Sant Josep de sa Talaia), near the renowned KM5 area. DENNEY

James Denney is a British electronic music producer and DJ known for his contributions to the house and techno scenes. Hailing from the northeast of England, Denney's passion for music was ignited by early influences such as The Prodigy and a deep appreciation for jazz introduced by his father.

Denney's career gained significant momentum when he was named Mixmag’s youngest ever “Future Hero,” a recognition that highlighted his potential in the electronic music industry. His breakthrough came with the track “Ultraviolet,” released on Hot Creations, which topped vinyl sales charts and garnered support from prominent figures like Sasha, Damian Lazarus, and Seth Troxler.

Throughout his career, Denney has held residencies at notable clubs, including Back to Basics in Leeds and Sugarshack in Middlesbrough, and has released music on esteemed labels such as Crosstown Rebels, VIVa Music, Saved, 8bit, Rekids, Global Underground, Aus Music, and Shall Not Fade. His style is characterized by a fusion of house and techno elements, creating immersive and energetic soundscapes.

STEVE BUG

Steve Bug, born Stefan Brügesch, is a pioneering German DJ, producer, and label owner renowned for his influential role in shaping the European house and techno scenes. Emerging from Germany's vibrant electronic music landscape in the early 1990s, Bug's career has been marked by a dedication to quality and innovation.

In 1998, he founded Poker Flat Recordings, a label that became synonymous with the minimal and tech-house movements, releasing seminal tracks like "Loverboy" and supporting artists such as Trentemøller and Martin Landsky. Bug's musical style seamlessly blends deep house, acid, and minimal techno, characterized by stripped-down grooves and a focus on the dancefloor experience.

Throughout his career, Bug has released several acclaimed albums, including Volksworld (1997), The Other Day (2000), Sensual (2002), and Never Ending Winding Roads (2020). His work extends beyond production; he's also known for his DJ sets at prestigious venues and festivals worldwide, such as DC10 Ibiza, Sónar Barcelona, and Movement Festival Detroit.

In addition to Poker Flat, Bug has established other labels like Dessous and Sublease Music, further contributing to the electronic music community by nurturing emerging talent and exploring deeper, club-ready sounds. His enduring passion and commitment have solidified his status as a respected figure in the global electronic music scene.

Huxley

Huxley, born Michael Dodman, is a British DJ and producer known for his dynamic presence in the UK house and techno scenes. Emerging from Tring, Hertfordshire, Huxley began his musical journey in his teens, initially exploring UK garage and later transitioning into house and techno. His early collaborations, notably with Ethyl, led to releases on labels like Cécille Numbers and Tsuba. In 2012, his track "Let It Go" on Hypercolour garnered significant attention, propelling him into the spotlight.

Huxley's debut album, Blurred, released in 2014 on Aus Music, showcased his versatility, blending elements of house, techno, and UK garage. The album featured collaborations with artists such as Yasmin and FEMME, highlighting his ability to merge underground sounds with broader appeal.

Beyond production, Huxley has shared his expertise through online platforms like FaderPro, offering insights into his creative process and techniques. His contributions have solidified his reputation as a respected figure in electronic music, known for both his innovative productions and engaging live performances.

The Studio

Metrica Recording Studio is a cutting-edge music production facility located in Ibiza, Spain. Founded in 2015 by producer and sound engineer Javier Ferrer in collaboration with the Eurocat research team, the studio was established to integrate creativity and research in the development of new music recording and playback technologies, with a particular focus on 3D and binaural sound.

Advanced Audio Capabilities: Metrica specializes in stereo, binaural, and 3D audio formats, positioning itself as a pioneer in spatial sound production in Ibiza.

State-of-the-Art Equipment: The studio features an Avid S6 control surface, racks filled with high-end outboard gear from brands like API, Universal Audio, and Thermionic Culture, and utilizes Lynx Aurora (n) 32HD for audio conversion .
